Power Plus KS-C22 High-Speed Color Mark Sensor for Print Registration

Achieve flawless synchronization in your packaging, cutting, and bag-making machinery with the Power Plus KS-C22 Color Mark Sensor. Engineered for "High-Speed" response times, this photoelectric switch is critical for detecting registration marks ("eye marks") on moving webs of film or paper. Its compact grey housing is designed to fit into tight machine spaces, providing reliable contrast detection to ensure your seal and cut operations happen at the exact same spot on every cycle.
Key Advantages:
* Versatile Light Sources: Available with Green or White light options, allowing operators to choose the correct frequency for detecting marks against varying background colors (e.g., metallic or white film).
* Precision Sensitivity Adjustment: Features a top-mounted sensitivity knob that allows for fine-tuning of the detection threshold, ensuring the sensor ignores background patterns and triggers only on the target mark.
* Complete Installation Kit: Ships with a sturdy metal mounting bracket and screws included in the box, allowing for immediate installation without sourcing extra parts.
* Robust Construction: Housed in a durable "Commercial-Standard" plastic body that resists dust and vibration common in high-output production environments.
* Direct-to-OEM Supply: We maintain deep stocks of these essential maintenance spares. Sourced directly to eliminate middleman markups, we offer them at wholesale rates to machine builders and factory maintenance teams.
