TZ Series Compact Industrial Waterproof Limit Switches (TZ-8108 & TZ-8104)

Delivering big performance in a small footprint, the Power Plus TZ Series Limit Switches are the go-to solution for CNC machines, injection molders, and compact automation lines where space is at a premium. These "High-Performance" double-circuit switches feature a rigid die-cast metal and plastic construction, offering IP66 protection against cutting fluids, oil mist, and dust. Whether you need the variable reach of the TZ-8108 or the fixed precision of the TZ-8104, this series ensures reliable position detection for millions of cycles.
 Key Advantages:
* Two Specialist Models Available:
* TZ-8108 (Adjustable Roller Lever): Features a telescoping arm that allows installers to adjust length and angle, perfect for retrofitting onto machines with varying travel distances.
* TZ-8104 (Roller Lever): Equipped with a standard fixed-length arm for consistent, high-speed cam actuation on conveyors and slide gates.
* Waterproof & Oil-Tight: Engineered to IP66 standards, making them fully resistant to the liquid splashes and debris common in "Rugged" machining environments.
* Double Spring Mechanism: Inside the compact housing lies a durable double-spring switch mechanism, ensuring snappy contact transfer and high vibration resistance.
* High Electrical Capacity: Despite their small size, they are rated for 10A at 250V and 6A at 380V, capable of handling standard control loads with ease.
* Direct-to-Trade Supply: We stock these fast-moving consumables in depth to keep your spare parts inventory healthy. Sourced to ensure factory-direct value, they are available for immediate wholesale dispatch.
